At Tish, every outfit we create is made with care and attention to detail. We want your order to reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This policy explains how we handle the delivery of your dresses and garments.
1. Who We Ship With
We ship all orders through Shiprocket or other trusted delivery partners. Shiprocket works with leading courier companies such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Ekart. We choose the best courier for your location to ensure reliable delivery.
2. Where We Deliver
We deliver across India. This includes metro cities, smaller towns, and most PIN codes.
Yes, we ship internationally! We deliver to most countries across the world. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us before placing your order. International orders are shipped via Shiprocket’s international services or trusted global courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
Please note that all our garments are custom-styled or designed to order. This means delivery timelines depend on two stages:
Most orders take 7 to 21 working days to prepare, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric sourcing. You will be informed of your estimated production time at the time of order confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website or through the Shiprocket tracking portal. If you have trouble tracking your order, please reach out to us.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Shipping rates within India are calculated based on the package weight and destination PIN code. We regularly review our rates to keep them fair and competitive.
International shipping rates depend on the destination country, package dimensions, and weight. Please note that customs duties and local import taxes are not included in the shipping fee shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee.
All international packages are declared at their accurate commercial value as required by law. We do not under-declare values or mark orders as gifts to avoid customs charges.
We are unable to ship to countries under international trade sanctions or where our courier partners do not operate. If your country is not supported at checkout, please write to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to find a solution.
We take great pride in how your outfit is presented. Every order is packed carefully to protect the fabric and design during transit. Garments are folded or hung with tissue and sealed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive looking their best. International orders are packed with additional protective layers to handle longer transit times.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will raise a complaint with the courier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your complete delivery address, postal/ZIP code, and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. For international orders, please also include the country code with your phone number. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately — before the order is shipped.
