Because of this, our returns policy is different from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. 1. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Most garments created by Tish are custom-made or made-to-order specifically for you. This means the outfit is stitched to your exact measurements, designed to your chosen specifications, and made from fabric sourced for your order.

Because these items cannot be resold or reused, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on custom and made-to-order pieces. We encourage you to:

• Double-check your measurements before confirming your order.
• Review your design choices, fabric selection, and colour preferences carefully.
• Ask us any questions before placing your order — we are happy to guide you.

2. Alterations & Perfect Fit Policy

At Tish, we believe every woman should celebrate her body in clothes that fit flawlessly. We are committed to ensuring your one-of-a-kind piece feels like it was made just for you. If your garment requires an adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our Responsibility

If an alteration is required due to a measurement error on our part, we will rectify it immediately at no additional cost to you, including all associated shipping charges.

Customer Adjustments

If you find you’ve provided incorrect measurements or have had a change in style preference:

• Service Fee: A nominal fee will apply, determined by the complexity of the adjustment.
• Shipping: For these adjustments, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from our studio.
