2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

What We Offer

  • Personal shopping assistance
  • Custom dress and outfit designing
  • Occasion-based styling (weddings, events, parties, and more)

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Many of our garments are custom-made or made-to-order based on your measurements, preferences, and design choices. Because of this, each piece is created exclusively for you. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

Service Availability

Our services are available to clients across India and internationally. Availability may vary depending on location and the nature of the service. For in-person styling sessions, please contact us to check availability in your city.

4. Orders and Payments

Placing an Order

You can place an order through our website or by contacting us directly. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order summary via email or WhatsApp. Please review it carefully and inform us of any errors within 24 hours.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • UPI payments
  • Online payment gateway (as available on the website)

Full payment or a confirmed advance payment is required before production begins. We will not commence work on an order until payment has been received.

Taxes

Prices may or may not include GST. Applicable taxes will be clearly shown during checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations by the Customer

Because most of our products are custom-made, cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of order confirmation will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before production begins will receive a 50% refund.
  • Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order — such as size, colour, or design — please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications can only be accommodated before production begins. We cannot guarantee changes once work has started.

Cancellations by Tish

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unavailability of fabric, unforeseen circumstances, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

As all our garments are made to your specific measurements and requirements, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. However, we are committed to your satisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

7. Delivery

All orders are delivered via Shiprocket or trusted international courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex. Delivery timelines depend on production time and shipping duration. For full details, please refer to our Delivery Policy available on our website.

  • Domestic deliveries: across India
  • International deliveries: most countries worldwide
  • Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tish website — including text, images, logos, designs, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Tish and Djitisha Butala. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Custom designs created for you by Tish are made for your personal use only. You may not reproduce or commercially use any design created by Tish without our written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us — including measurements, style preferences, and contact details — will be used only to provide our services to you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities
  • Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in colour or fabric due to screen display differences or natural fabric characteristics
  • Any damage caused after the product has been delivered

11. Dispute Resolution

We always aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 7 working days.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India, and governed by the laws of India.

12. Force Majeure

Tish will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or any other unforeseen events. We will inform you as soon as possible and work to resolve the situation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
